  • Studio Time rates start at $60 per hour (plus HST)
    2 Hour minimum booking

    Our standard bookings allow up to 15 people in the studio. If you’d like to host more guests, this must be arranged in advance and will incur an additional fee. Please note that booking time includes set-up and tear down.

    A $20 cleaning fee is applied to all bookings. We offer 10% off when you book 8 hours or more.

    We’re so excited to host you. To keep things smooth and enjoyable for everyone, here’s what to know before you arrive:

    Booking & Payments

    • You can book through Giggster (our trusted third-party host) or by filling out our booking form — we’ll get back to you with details to confirm.

    • Your spot is confirmed once payment is received.

    • All bookings are non-refundable.

    • Need to reschedule? Let us know at least 7 days in advance.

    • If you booked within the last 2 days and plans change, we can offer a one-time credit.

    During Your Booking

    • Your rental time includes setup and cleanup.

    • You’re welcome to move furniture — please return it to its original place.

    • Bring clean indoor shoes or shoe covers for our cozy loft.

    • No fog or smoke machines (they set off our fire alarm).

    Sound & Equipment

    • Volume can go up after 6 PM — before then, please keep it neighbour-friendly.

    • We have instruments, lighting, and props available. Ask in advance if you need something special.

    Guests & Capacity

    • Comfortably fits up to 15 people.

    Safety & Care

    • Video monitoring is in place for everyone’s safety.

    • Please treat the space with care and report any damage right away.

    • Freight elevator available for large equipment — let us know in advance.
