A Space to Co-Create Your Well-being.
Heal Goood is a boutique wellness and movement studio in East Toronto devoted to nervous system care, creativity, and community healing. Our 825 sq. ft. space is a sunlit sanctuary where holistic classes, soulful movement, and intentional gatherings meet.
Founded by a multidisciplinary artists and rooted in lived experience, Heal Goood exists to support the well-being of creative, curious, and heart-centered people. We answered the call for a regular class schedule of yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork, and somatic movement — with a growing team of trauma-informed, soulful facilitators who center safety, care, and authenticity.
We are proudly Black woman-owned, BIPOC-led, and 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming. Our space was created in response to the need for inclusive, liberating environments where you can move, breathe, feel, and come back home to yourself. You belong here.
Heal Goood continues to evolve — from retreats and creative programming to classes and community events — but our mission remains: to offer intentional space for rest, growth, and real connection. You don’t have to choose between your wellness and your creative life — we’re here to help you Heal Goood.
Our Class Philosophies
-
we slow down enough to feel, listen, and reconnect with our breath, emotions, and embodied truth.
-
blending movement with ritual, reflection, and music to nurture both body and spirit.
-
Creating safe, inclusive, and consent-based spaces where participants can go at their own pace.
-
classes are designed to meet people where they are, encouraging folks to honour how they feel, and emphasizing the freedom to choose.
-
emphasizing regulation over performance; we choose grounding, breath-led practices that soothe and support.
