Connect with your body’s wisdom and reclaim home within yourself through gentle breath work and mindful movement. This supportive micro-retreat combines Pranayama and Yoga Asana, creating space for personal exploration and deep connection. This practice honours your personal boundaries and encourages self exploration. There will be no hands-on assistance during this class. All levels are welcome and no experience is necessary. Yoga mats & light snacks, refreshments and tea will be provided.
