These mindfully curated sessions provide the essence of a retreat experience in a condensed timeframe, allowing you to gradually and gently integrate healing into your life. We invite you to take a pause from your day-to-day stress and dive into immersive experiences that nurture your well-being, while awakening your creative flow. Micro-Retreats incorporate creative and healing practices like Mindfulness, Movement, and are a co-created with local Professional Artists and Wellness Practitioners, who facilitate unique guided experiences. Treat yourself to some personal self-care or share the connection with friends by reserving your spot to one (or all) of our micro-retreats. No experience is necessary, and all levels are welcome. Raizelle, the founder of Auraligned Healing, is a compassionate Sound Healer and Yoga Instructor dedicated to helping others cultivate balance and harmony in all aspects of life. Through her transformative sound healing sessions and yoga classes, she creates a nurturing space where clients can relax deeply, ease anxiety, enhance focus, and enter a meditative state throughout the sound bath. With a holistic approach that honors the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being of each individual, Raizelle empowers her clients on their journey toward profound healing and whole-hearted wellness.
