Join us for an immersive Self-Love Sound Bath + Breath-work Meditation + Aromatherapy + Journaling Workshop, designed to awaken deep self-compassion, reconnect you with your heart space, and relax into ease. Yoga mats, light snacks & refreshments/tea will be provided. All levels welcome.

What to Expect:

Heart-Centered Journaling, Breathwork & Discussion (30 mins) – We will begin with a gentle breathwork meditation to ground your energy and open your heart, preparing you for deep self-reflection. Then, flow into a guided journaling session with thoughtful prompts to strengthen your connection to self-love. Reflect, write, and share in an intimate space of support, connection, and empowerment. Or keep your reflections just for yourself to revisit after the workshop.

45-Minute Sound Bath & Aromatherapy – Surrender to the ethereal sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, rhythmic drumming, and the gentle whispers of a rain stick as they wash over you, releasing tension, soothing your nervous system, and bringing you back home to yourself. As you sink deeper into relaxation, experience the uplifting essence of Agua de Florida, a sacred flower essence mist that will be gently sprayed to cleanse your energy, enhance your senses, and deepen your connection to the moment.

15-Minute Reflection & Integration – After the sound bath, take a gentle pause to check in with your body and mind. This quiet moment allows you to integrate the healing vibrations, notice shifts in your energy, and embrace a deep sense of calm and clarity. You may also use this time to journal your experience, comparing your initial reflections from the start of the workshop to how you feel now, post-sound bath.
